Cincinnati Drops Saturday Night Game to the VortexCincinnati loses to the Ohio Vortex 9-6. Â The 1790 Express travels to Detroit to face the Waza on Sunday.
Cincinnati Wins at HomeCINCINNATI 13 WINCHESTER 4 F The 1790 Cincinnati Express stayed atop the Eastern Division with a 13-4 win over the Winchester Impact before 460 at Game Time Training Center. Matt Breines had five goals and Jeff Hughes had four goals and two assists to lead the Express. Rookie John Mellencamp, the nephew of the rock star by the same name, scored his first two professional goals for Cincinnati. Craig Salvati went the distance in goal for Cincinnati making 25 saves and improving to 4-1. Cincinnati improved to 10-0 all-time at home. Sunday Night SoccerCincinnati falls to Detroit 10-6.
